Great service, this is the type of service that deserves a good tip. The waiters are patient and friendly, and they're always there when you need them. Food was great, I like the oysters and the steak.

This is a beautiful restaurant! The service was amazing, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for a date night. Our server Nick was very helpful, he even got me some reading glasses because I left mine in the car. The place was definitely a little pricey but the experience was great! I had the fish with mash potatoes and the shrimp scampi, all of it was delicious and the bread was to die for, I had to order ask for more! :)

The food, the service and the ambiance all blew my expectations out of the water. I haven't had an actual professional waiter in years. And Marcel's were amazing, anticipating everything we needed. The food was outstanding as well. My wife and I shared a steak and it was the best one I've had in a long time. Will definitely be going back.

Such an incredible restaurant. The atmosphere, the service, the food. all incredible. The bread service here is amazing and different from your typical steak houses. Our waiter helped guide us through our menu and we ordered per his recommendations which was spot on. The steak was amazing and kicked perfectly. The prices like people said are quite high but it was an overall experience that was worth it for a special event.

Wonderful ambiance and service was top notch. The overall restaurant was perhaps a bit smaller than I imagined but it had a great vibe with perfect ambient lighting and music. The prices are higher than a typical steakhouse but our meal was very good. They did a very unique bread service. The scalloped potatoes were very rich and extra cheesy that I was wishing we had a crusty bread for dipping! The Caesar salad was so good. My husband said he could have down without the clams. Both of our steaks were delicious. Overall it was a very memorable meal and this place did not disappoint.

I took my dad here for his birthday (although we didn't get a birthday dessert) and they printed Happy Birthday on his menu. Cute. Nothing else after that though. Ordered a chocolate cake for his dessert and paid $15 for it it was good though, can't lie. My dad ordered a ribeye. I had the risotto (delicious). Ordered potatoes au gratin, cream corn, and asparagus for sides. Didn't care for the sides. Caesar salad was good too. For the appetizer, we order oysters Marcel, which were tasty. The bread was AMAZING. So was the non-alcoholic drink, Midnight in Paris. Overall, our dinner was pretty good and was $380 with tip. May come again to try other things on the menu, but I'm in no rush.

Marcel's in West Midtown is one of Atlanta's most famous steakhouses. It is Michelin recommended. From the outside it looks pretty ordinary - and parking is easy to find (garage right in front). My wife and I went there for our anniversary - we've been here quite a few times before. The service was a but slower than usual - they took ~15 mins to get us seated and another 10 mins to get us the complimentary bread service. However, once we got our orders in, it was smooth sailing. They had happy anniversary printed on our menus which was cute! Now coming to the food, we ordered the bone marrow and the arugula salad for appetizers. For entree, I had the 8oz filet with mushroom sauce and my wife had the shrimp risotto. The bone marrow was not upto the mark - with it being very salty - probably due to the fried capers on top. Otherwise the food was exquisite! Steak was a perfect medium rare with a nice bark and the risotto was amazing too. Ofcourse we ended with the 7 layered chocolate cake! The very best dessert they have!

Very special night. Amazing service ... never felt rushed. The waiter was very helpful with the menu. The location is hidden up the stairs. Dark, candle lit, and an old speakeasy feel. We started with martinis at the bar as we were there a little early. Mixed perfectly. Moved to the table where they serve a few pre dinner options .. olives, prosciutto and bread. We added an amaretto sour with a foam topping. The Caesar salad was tasy. The onion soup was a little salty for my taste. Dinner was a bone in ribeye and strip. Both cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The side was mashed potatoes. I give it 5 stars because it was a great experience. Do I feel it was $400 great? No. The prices are ridiculous.
